BHU BSc Agriculture Eligibility criteria

Academic Qualification

  • Candidate must have passed Class 12 /Intermediate examination in agriculture or in Science (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology) or any other equivalent examination recognised by the University.
    • Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam can also apply.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

  • The candidate must secure at least 50% marks in aggregate
  • For SC/ST candidates, there will be no minimum aggregate percentage of marks in the qualifying examination except that they must have passed the qualifying examination.
  • For OBC and PC candidates, there will be a relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.

Age

  • The candidate should not be less than 16 years and more than 25 years on 1 July 2021 (born on or after 2 July 1996 and on or before 2 July 2005).
  • For SC/ST and PC categories, there is a relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit.
  • For OBC category, there is a relaxation of 3 years in upper age limit.

This year BHU UET will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT)/ Hybrid (tablets)/ Pen and Paper (as required),  There are around 185 cities that would be conducting the BHU UET.

BHU UET Admit Card 2021 will be released for BHU BSc Agriculture. The candidates who have filled and submitted the application form are suggested to download the admit card and carry the same at the examination centre. BHU UET Application Fee is different and depends upon the category of the candidates. The candidates are therefore suggested to make the payment as per their category. However, the candidates who are filling up the form after the due date will be required to pay the extra amount as a late fee. The details are available below:

BHU BSc Agriculture Fee Structure 2021

Fees for the B.Sc. Agriculture course at Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkachha, Mirzapur (RGSC) is under Special Courses of Studies with the fee structure of Rs. 25,000 per semester + regular fees of the B.Sc.(Ag.) course prescribed by the University.

BHU BSc Agriculture Result and Counselling

BHU B.Sc Agriculture Result will be declared in October 2021. The merit list for the same is prepared according to the result. The selection of the candidates is made on the basis of the merit list prepared.

  • BHU Score & Marks: The marks obtained by the candidate, the order of overall merit and all the relevant information related to the BHU score and marks will be sent to the candidate by mail as well as SMS. The candidate can also check the BHU official answer keys and calculate their marks.
  • No Revaluation of BHU Result: Banaras Hindu University will not entertain any request for Re-evaluation or Investigation of the answer sheets under any conditions. Further, no query about the same will be considered. BHU UET Results would be available on the BHU official website.

Admissions will be solely done on the basis of merit in the UET, subject to fulfilling eligibility requirements and availability of seats in the particular Course for which the candidate has applied. BHU BSc Agriculture Counselling 2021

BHU, Banaras Hindu University will announce the BHU B.Sc Agriculture Counselling schedule for various courses for 2021-22. Check the course wise BHU Counselling 2021 schedule for BHU Admission. The Counselling would be held for the following seats (counselling will begin in July).

  • Duration of Exam: 2 hours.
  • It will contain 200 multiple-choice questions carrying 300 marks.
  • The paper shall comprise the following five sections:
    • Sections I and II are compulsory for all candidates whereas, from Sections III, IV and V, a candidate will answer anyone Section (candidate have to answer 100 questions only).

  • Syllabus: The standard of the question paper will be of +2 Examination or equivalent.
  • Scoring: Each question will carry 3 marks for correct answers.
  • Negative Marking: For each wrong answer one mark shall be deducted while the unattempted question will be awarded zero marks.
