GATE Registration 2019 has started from 1 September 2018. The registration for GATE 2019 shall be done online through GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System). GATE 2019 is being organized by IIM Madras. The last date for submission of for GATE application for GATE 2019 is 21 September 2018. The extended last date for submission of GATE application is 1 October 2018. A late fee of Rs 250 will also be charged from the students who will register for GATE 2019 after 21 September 2018. If any students want to change the examination city after the registration then she/he can do it till 16 November 2018 however, an additional fee shall be charged for it.

GATE 2019 Registration Process - How to apply?

- Step 1: Login in GOAPS using your Enrolment ID and password
- Step 2: Enter the Exam details, personal details and qualifying degree details

- Step 6: Download the GATE Application form, save or take a printout of it as per the convenience

GATE 2019 Registration - Documents required
Certain supporting documents are required to be uploaded or presented during GATE 2019 Registration. All such required documents have been mentioned below
- Degree certificate/provisional certificate/course completion certificate/professional certificate/membership certificate issued by the institute or society.
- Certificate from the Head of the Department/Institute or a copy of mark sheet for Section A of AMIE.

About GATE 2019
GATE 2019 is conducted for admission into Master’s programs and direct Doctoral programs in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and Doctoral programs in relevant branches of Science, in the institutions supported by the MHRD and other Government agencies. GATE 2019 is going to conducted by IIM Madras. Every year GATE is being conducted by one of the IITs. This year, for the first in GATE 2019, examination for admission to Statistics programme will be held. GATE 2019 will be held on 2, 3, 9 & 10 February 2019 in computer based mode.
