IIST Rank List 2018 will be released in the third week of June 2018 by Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. IIST Rank List will be declared for the General, SC, ST, OBC and PD Category. IIST offers 4 Year B.Tech.(Aerospace Engineering), 4-Year B.Tech.(Avionics) and 5-Year Dual Degree (B.Tech.+ M.S./M.Tech). There are in all 140 seats that are distributed amongst the three courses. The counselling for admission will be held in the first week of July 2018 at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, New Delhi and Kolkata on the network. The candidate has to physically present for the counselling. In 2016, a total of 2900 candidates were called for admission to 140 seats in IIST Kerala. This page contains the IIST Rank List 2018 for the different categories.

The B.Tech Rank list for the year 2018-19 will be released in the third week of June 2018. The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology will be released the IIST Rank List for the General, OBC, SC, ST and PD categories.The admission counselling will be held in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, New Delhi and Kolkata. The IIST Rank List will be released in the form of the common rank list and as per category wise. The candidates can see the common rank list of the previous year below.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Counselling
- Original Pass Certificate and Score Card of Class 10 that shows age and marks.
- Original Score Card and Pass Certificate of Class 12
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories will be required to produce the original caste/ tribe certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format. Certificates in any other format will not be accepted.
- The benefit of PD reservation would be given only to those who have at least 40% physical impairment. Such candidates are required to produce original certificate issued by the District Medical Board/Competent Authority.
- The OBC(NCL) candidates seeking the benefits of the reservation will be required to produce the original caste certificate issued on or after June 1, 2015 by a competent authority in the prescribed format. Certificates in any other format will not be accepted.
- The OBC(NCL) candidates should produce necessary documents to prove their non-creamy layer status. They must also download "Declaration regarding non-creamy layer status of parents in respect of OBC Candidates" and bring the filled up form duly signed to the venue of counselling.
