Father Muller BSc Nursing Eligibility criteria
Eligibility Criteria for BSc Nursing
The candidates should be aged minimum 17 years old and maximum 31 years old on or before 1st August 2018.
The candidates should have passed in class 12 from any recognised university or board with minimum 50% marks in PCB (Physics, chemistry, Biology). The candidates who belong to the reserved category should have secured 40% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
The candidates who are waiting for the final result of class 12 examination are also eligible to apply for admission in Father Muller BSc Nursing program.
Eligibility Criteria for Post Basic BSc Nursing
The age limit of the candidates must be 48 years on August 31st of the year of Admission
Only those registered Staff Nurses who have completed their diploma programme in nursing from INC recognised School of Nursing are admitted to Father Muller Post Basic Course.
Candidates are required to pass the pre-university or higher secondary or any other examination recognised by Rajiv Gandhi University for the purpose with science, Arts or Commerce subjects.
Candidates should have a certificate in general nursing and Midwifery and registered with theState NursesRegistration Council.
Candidates should be a member of TNAI (Trained Nurses Association of India).

The candidates can fill and submit the application form by following the step given below:

STEP 2: Now the candidates have to fill the application form by providing the basic details such Name of the applicant, full name of father, full name of mother, full address of the candidate, telephone no, mobile no, gender, age & date of birth, religion & sub-caste, caste, nationality, state, mother tongue, language know to speak, blood group, health condition, email address, and academic record such as marks in each class, passing year, place of study, state, name of the institution/school etc.
STEP 3: Now the candidate has to provide a brief history of his/her family in the space given in the application form. Now the candidates have to write the date of filling the application form and have to take the sign of their parents/guardian on it. The candidates have also to sign on the application form.
