AIPMT 2015

AIPMT 2015 is a National level Medical Entrance Exam which is conducted by CBSE as per the regulations laid by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. As per the official notification, dated September 11, 2014 AIPMT 2015 for the academic session 2015-16 has been scheduled \to be held on May 3, 2015 in selected cities all over India and abroad. The AIPMT Entrance Exam makes the student eligible to take admission in 2200 MBBS and 300 BDS seats at 130 government medical and 30 dental colleges of India under 15% merit of All India Quota seats in Government Medical/Dental Colleges spread all throughout India except in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir.

Many State Government, Universities, Institutions willingly participate in the All India Pre-Medical/ Pre-dental Entrance Test and further as per the released merit list and against the reserved seats takes admission in Medical Colleges/Dental Colleges.

AIPMT 2015 Eligibility Criteria

Given below is the AIPMT 2015 Eligibility Criteria for 15% All India Quota Seats

• The applicant should have attained the age of 17 years as on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
• The upper age limit for the applicants is 25 years as on December 31 of the year of the entrance examination. Relaxation of 5 years is provided to the applicants belonging to SC, ST and OBC.
• The applicant appearing in Class 12 Board Examination in 2015 or any other equivalent qualifying examination, and their result is awaited are also eligible to apply.
• The applicant must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Bio-technology and English as compulsory subject in the Intermediate Exam of an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body.
• The applicant must have secured minimum 50% marks or equivalent (For SC, ST & OBC Category 40%) together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in the last qualifying exam.

AIPMT 2015 Exam Pattern

The AIPMT 2015 Exam will have 180 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry Zoology and Botany. The question paper will carry of 720 marks

Application Procedure of AIPMT 2015

As per the information provided in the last year official brochure, AIPMT 2015 application procedure is expected to begin in the First week of December. The AIPMT 2015 application form can only be submitted online. The applicants have to upload their recent passport size colored photograph and signature. The application form fee of AIPMT 2015 for General/OBC is expected to be Rs 1000 and Rs. 550 for the applicants those come under the reserved category. AIPMT 2015 application fee can be paid either through Debit card, Credit Card or Challan along with Service Tax as applicable.

As per the information provided in the last year official brochure, AIPMT 2015 Admit Card is expected to be available on the official website from First week of April 2015. Once downloaded, the candidate should go through all the details such as such as his/her name, roll number, exam center/venue and reporting time at allotted exam center with extreme care.

AIPMT 2015 Results

As per the information provided in the last year official brochure, AIPMT 2015 Results are expected to be declared on the official website during First Week of June. The result of only qualified candidates will be declared.

AIPMT 2015 Selection Procedure

Applicants will be selected on the basis of All India merit list which will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the AIPMT 2015. The applicants will get admission to MBBS/BDS courses under 15% All India Quota Seats and seats under the control of participating State  Governments/Universities/Institutions from the said list only by following their Reservation Policies and other admission criteria.
