AHSEC Result 2018 has been declared by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council on 31 May 2018. The Assam HS Final Result 2018 has been declared online. The Council successfully conducted the Class 12 exam for all streams from 23 February to 22 March at 850 exams centres throughout the state of Assam. Around 3 lakh students reportedly appeared for AHSEC exam this year. The mark sheets will be made available from the relevant schools today itself.  Since the server of the official web portal is very slow due to heavy traffic, candidates can check their Assam Board HS Final Result following the direct link provided below.   • The AHSEC 2018 Result evaluates candidates’ performance in terms of grades obtained. The successful candidates with excellent performance can seek admission to the UG level courses in a stream of their choice from a reputed college.
  • Assam Board 12th Result 2018 will be announced on 30 May, online.
  • The result will be made available via login or PDF format (stream-wise).
  • The mark sheet will be made available by the Council on the date of declaration of the result.
  • The Council conducts the Higher Secondary Exams twice in a year, i.e. February-March (annual) and June (supplementary) and announces the results in May and July, respectively.

The table reveals that total no. of students appeared for the exams increased in the years 2014, 2015 and 2016; however, it declined massively in 2017, which could be a cause of a concern. The overall pass percentage and boys’ and girls’ pass percentages have also been increasing consistently. The girls have outperformed the boys throughout the period.
