Snehapoorvam Scholarship 2020-21 Application Date Extended

Snehapoorvam Scholarship 2020 is offered by the Social Security Mission of Kerala for the students of Kerala whose father or mother or both have passed away. The main objective of the Snehapoorvam Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to such students to complete their education. The students selected for the Snehapoorvam Scholarship 2020 will be given Rs 300 to Rs 1000 per month.

The scholarship is available only for those students who are studying in class 1 to 12 from a government or aided institution. Snehapoorvam Scholarship application process has already started and the last date to submit the application form was extended to 31 December 2020.

The Snehapooravam scholarship is for the following children

• Orphans who are living in the family, with their relatives, friends
• Children living with the support of the community under the Social Welfare Department implemented through Social Security Mission

The students selected for the Snehapoorvam Scholarship will be eligible to get the scholarship amount as follows. This privilege is available for the students of govt or aided institutions only

The eligible students cannot apply for the Snehapoorvam Scholarship 2020 themselves. The school of the students can only submit the application form instead of students. The new registration of the school for the session 2020-21 and submission of the filled application form can be done before 31 December 2020. To complete the online registration process and submission of the application form of the applicants, the following guideline should be followed:

First, the students have to download the application form from the Social Security Mission and have to fill it by entering the information asked in there. Thereafter, the applicants have to submit the application form with the necessary documents in the institution of study.

The students also have to submit a copy of his/her bank passbook and a copy of their Aadhar card along with the filled application form.

Steps to fill Snehapooravam Scholarship Online Application

• STEP 1: Registration - The responsible authority of the institution of study has to visit the official website of conducting body and click on school/college login Enter all the details correctly asked in the registration form.
  
• STEP 2: Fill Application Form - The details about students have to be filled in this section
• STEP 3: Submit Application - Click the button named ‘Submission to KSSM’. On clicking the search button, the list of applied candidates will be displayed on the computer screen.

Snehapooravam Scholarship Application Submission

The new registration of the school and submission of the application form (submitted by the students in their school) can be done only through online mode. The printout of the submitted KSSM application with the Reference Number should be sent to the KSSM Trivandrum office from each district of Kerala. The submitted application will be approved only after receiving this Print out copy with the School/College seal and signature to the address given below:
