About Oil India Scholarship

Oil India Scholarship 2019 is for the students who have passed Class 10 and Class 12. The Oil India Scholarship is initiated by Oil India Limited (OIL) under their CSR initiative, a Navratna Oil & Gas PSU in two-phase i.e Oil Awards and Oil Merit Scholarship. Oil India Limited is the second largest hydrocarbon exploration and production Indian public sector company. Oil Awards and Oil Merit Scholarship 2019 will be awarded to the students from school or colleges located in OIL operational areas of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar / Charaideo (under Moran OIL fields) districts of Assam and Lohit & Changlang districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The link to apply for the Oil India Scholarship 2019 is available from 1 August 2019 and it will remain open for the candidates until  23 August 2019. Oil India Scholarship is offered to the OIL employees' children as well as to the Non-OIL Employees' children. Oil India Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Students securing State Level Rank in Class 10 & 12 Board exams under SEBA / AHSEC / Equivalent State Board from schools or colleges located in OIL operational areas of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Sivasagar/Charaideo (under Moran OIL fields) districts of Assam and Lohit & Changlang districts of Arunachal Pradesh, can only apply.

OIL Merit Scholarship 2019 Eligibility

Students passing Class 10 & 12 Board exams under SEBA/ CBSE/ICSE/ AHSEC/ Equivalent State or Central Boards in the year 2019 from colleges/schools located in OIL operational areas of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar / Charaideo (under Moran OIL fields) districts of Assam and Lohit & Changlang districts of Arunachal Pradesh, can apply. However, the candidates must secure the cut-offs.

OIL Employees’ children passing the above Board exams from any part of India securing the following cut-off percentage can apply for this scholarship:
