HNBUMU Website is Hacked (15 September 2018)

HNB Uttarakhand Medical Education University site is hacked, and the message says that HACKED BY MECTRUY - UNBALANCED. KING IS BACK! The website was hacked at around 6 pm on 15 September 2018. Hope the Medical University is alerted on time and takes action.

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University is the Government University of Uttarakhand. HNBUMU was established in 2014 by Uttarakhand Government.  Nowadays it has become a common practice for the hackers to attack the Government websites of India. The HNBUMU Official website has data of a lot of students, and this may be in danger.

Does this highlight the dissatisfied people with the University or just a lame joke by some Hacker who is trying to create a name for themselves in the Hacking industry?
