Samunnathi Scholarship 2018 is for the students who belong to economically backward forward communities. Under the Vidya Samunnathi Scholarship scheme, the students of economically backward communities will get educational scholarships and financial assistance to pursue their studies. The Samunnathi scholarship will be given to the students from high school level to post graduation. Special scholarships will be provided to the students who are studying professional courses like CA/ ICWA/ CS and those studying in IIT, IIM, NIT and similar National Institutes. KSWCFC Samunnathi Scholarship Eligibility
Candidates who want to apply for the scholarship must check the Samunnathi Scholarship eligibility before applying. To be eligible for the Samunnathi Scholarship 2018, candidates should be from the non-reservation forward community and the residents of Kerala state. The annual income of the family should be less than Rs. 2 lakhs based on all sources.

Vidya Samunnathi Scholarship Amount

Samunnathi Scholarship 2018 - Coaching Assistance Scheme
Financial assistance will be provided to the economically backward students from forward communities who are undergoing training for various entrance exams such as Medical/ Engineering entrance coaching, Bank/ PSC/ Civil Service coaching etc. The students of higher secondary and those who have completed their higher secondary (before 2 years) can apply for the medical/ engineering coaching assistance scheme of Samunnathi. Total 840 students will be granted by an amount of Rs. 10,000. Total 700 educated people who have gained basic qualifications for the competing entrance exams of Bank, UPSC and PSC will get an amount of Rs. 6000 as financial assistance under the Samunnathi Scholarship scheme. Apart from this, a separate financial assistance will be given to the students who are preparing for the Civil Service exams. An amount of Rs. 15,000 for the Preliminary exams, an amount of Rs. 25,000 for Main exams and an amount of Rs. 30,000 for the Interview will be granted accordingly.
Samunnathi Scholarship Application 2018
Applicants who are from the non-reservation forward community and a resident of Kerala whose annual family income is less than 2 lakhs based on all sources are eligible for Samunnathi Scholarship Application. Samunnathi Scholarship Application Form - Documents Required
In order to process the Samunnathi scholarship application, the applicants must have the following documents & details.
- Institution certificate
- Income certificate (original) from the village office.
- Copy of mark list of SSLC
- Copy of the first page of the passbook in the name of applicant (It should have the Name, Account No., IFSC Code, Address etc.)
- Copy of an Aadhar card
- Applicants must have a Bank account in any recognized bank.
Note: The candidates have to provide a valid email address or mobile number as username. The candidates will receive the password on that registered email address or mobile number.
