Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a popular scholarship exam in India conducted by IISc Bangalore and funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST). The students studying in Class 11, 12 and the first year of any undergraduate program in Basic Sciences, B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The candidates who are selected under the KVPY will get a monthly scholarship and annual Contingency grants.

KVPY Exam Date 2021 - Event wise KVPY Dates

KVPY Application Date
KVPY Application Form is available from 12 July 2021. The KVPY application start date and last date are announced by IISc Bangalore. The students can only apply for KVPY 2021 through online mode.
KVPY Admit Card Date
KVPY Admit Card is expected in the second week of October 2021. KVPY Admit card will only be available online. The candidates should verify the important details such as candidate’s name, exam date and time, exam centre and roll number. The admit card will be available only for those students who have registered for KVPY and have also paid the fee.
KVPY Exam Date 2021 for Aptitude Test
KVPY Exam will be held on Sunday, 7 November 2021. The KVPY aptitude test date is announced by IISc Bangalore. KVPY Aptitude test is a computer-based test conducted in both languages Hindi and English. KPVY exam will have multiple choice questions. The students are suggested to check KVPY Exam Pattern before while preparing for KVPY Aptitude Test. The candidates who qualify the aptitude round are called for a personal interview.
KVPY Exam Answer Key Date
KVPY Answer Key 2021 will be released tentatively in the last week of November 2021. With the release of KVPY answer keys, candidates can cross check their answers against the keys and calculate their estimated scores. The candidates can also challenge the KVPY answer key.
KVPY Result Date
KVPY Aptitude Test Result 2021 will be declared in the third week of December 2021. The final result is based on the marks in the Aptitude Test. There will be no interview round.
KVPY Interview Dates
Earlier the students who qualified KVPY aptitude test had to appear in the face to face KVPY Interviews but now it has been scrapped from 2020 onwards. The KVPY fellows are selected based on the aptitude test.
