KEAM Rank List 2018 has been released by CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Examination) on 20 June. The officials have now released the provisional category wise rank list for all the candidates. Every candidate can now check their category wise provisional merit list by clicking on the link mentioned below. To check KEAM rank list the applicants are required to enter their application number and DOB (Date of Birth) respectively. Applicants whose name will be available in KEAM rank list 2018 will be able to participate in the counselling session. The rank list is prepared on 50:50 ratio of the average marks secured in their KEAM entrance exam and marks scored in their Calss 12. KEAM Rank list 2018 – Tie Breaking Criteria
Candidates must keep in mind that in the situation of a tie the official will follow the below mention procedure to break the tie. The Tie-breaking criteria are as:
- A candidate who has scored highest marks in Mathematics will be given the higher rank
- If the tie still exists then the candidate who has scored highest marks in Physics will be allotted the better rank in KEAM 2018
- If the tie persists then applicant who have scored higher in Physics in his/her class 12, will be allotted the better rank
- At last, after following all above-stated points the tie still persists then the candidate who would be older in age will be given the better rank.
