Ministry of Women and Child Development Internship Programme 2017

Ministry of Women and Child Development Internship Programme 2017 (MWCD Internship Programme) is organised for Young College Students or scholars who are studying college or university. MWCD Internship Programme will not covers incentives and mainly aims to involve the college students and provide them exposure to the ministry’s scheme such as research activities under WCD, inspection of homes, updating online content, working with grievance Redressal section so as to see how the cases are dealt with and working in association with Minister’s office with social media team. The students who are students or recently passed in college/university or academic institution are eligible to apply for Ministry of Women and Child Development Internship Programme. The participants can send the filled application form till 30 September 2017.

MWCD Internship Programme 2017 Dates

The selected intern would be awarded a MWCD Internship certificate after successful completion of the internship by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (WCD).

Note: No Internship Incentives are applicable to the selected candidates.

The college students who want to participate in the MWCD Internship Programme will have to fill an application form. The application form can be filled only through offline mode and will be sent to the WCD. The Applicants can download the application form on this page by clicking a given link and the candidates can also download the application form on the official website of WCD at www.wcd.nic.in. The applicants have to follow the following guideline to fill and submit the application form:

• STEP 1: First, the applicants have to download the application form by clicking the link given on this page.
• STEP 2: Now the applicants have to fill the application form with pen in his/her own handwriting.
• STEP 3: The participants have to provide their personal details, educational details, details of the institute where he/she currently studying in, contact details and address.
• STEP 4: Now the participants have to paste a passport size photograph at the space given in the application form. Thereafter, the applicants have to sign in both page of the application form.
• STEP 5: Now the applicants have to go to his/her school for forwarding the application form. The candidates have not to pay any fee of the MWCD Internship Programme application form.

Application Submission

The participants can download the application form online on this page and it has to be submitted through online mode. After filling the application form, the participants have to submit it using their email id. The filled application form has to be sent to the email id at intern.wcd@gmail.com and the last to send the MWCD Internship Programme application form is 30 September 2017.

The applicants who have successfully applied for MWCD Internship Programme for College Students will be selected by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (WCD). The applicants would be selected for MWCD Internship Programme on the basis of their academic performance and/or personal interview. The candidates may be called for a personal interview.
