Kittur Rani Chennamma 2018-19 Application form 

Applicants can apply for the admissions to the Kittur Rani Chennamma Residential Sainik School through the online application form which is available at the link mentioned below. Applicants have to download the application form online from the official website i.e. www.kittursainikschool.org or the link given below:

STEP 1: Applicants have to download the online application form for the admissions to the 2019-20 session from the link above or from the official website.

STEP 2: Now fill the application form carefully and provide all required personal and education details about the candidates and her parents. Take help from the guardians.

STEP 3: Now affix a latest passport size photograph of the candidate which should be attested by a certified gazetted officer or the principle where the candidates are currently studying in.

STEP 4: If the application form is downloaded from the official website then the payment can be made only through demand draft. The downloaded application form duly completed will be forwarded to the school along with demand draft only in favour of “Principal, KRCRSSG, Kittur” payable at Kittur branches of Syndicate or Canara or SBI or SBM or KVG banks.

  • Serving / Retired service personnel will produce necessary Part - II orders / Certificates from the CO, Record / Service Headquarters furnishing Date of Birth of the Girls as entered in the service records of the parent.

Kittur Sainik School Entrance Exam 2018-19 Admit card

Admit card is given along with the application form, and it has to be filled before sending it to the exam conducting body. Parents of the candidates have to fill the admit card form carefully and select examination centre according to their comfort because the examination centre can’t be changed later. The exam conducting body will send the admit card via post. The following details and attachment have to be given in the admit card:

• Name of the candidate
• Selection of the written examination centre
• Latest passport size photo
• Father’s name of the candidate
• Medium of the written examination and
• Date & Signature of the candidate

The examination conducting body will provide the hall ticket number. Parents of the candidates are advised to read the instructions given on the admit card and follow them.

The candidates will be finally selected on the basis of their written test result, personal interview, and their physical fitness. The complete selection process is as follows:

Firstly, the candidates will be called for interview on the basis of their written test result and the interview will be held only at Kittur Rani Sainik School campus.

After Now the fitness level of the candidates will be checked on the basis of the following criteria:

• Eye: distance vision must be 6/6 for each eye, myopia should not be more than 2.5 and hypermetropia should not be more than 3.5.
• Ear: She should be able to hear a forced whisper with each ear at a distance of 610 Cm.
• Heart: There should not be any kind of murmur in the heart.
• Lungs: There should not be any evidence of past or prevent disease.
• Skin: There should not be any dermatological contagious disease.
• General: There should not be any bodily deformity.
