IRCTC Essay Writing Competition for School Children

IRCTC, Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited is conducting an Essay writing Competition for school children under the Ministry of Railways.

The topics of the Essay Writing Competition are

• Billions of Tourists for Trillions of wealth &
• Swachh Bharat (Sanitation)

Entries can be sent via e-mail till April 30, 2015, 5:30 p.m.

Reward of IRCTC Essay Writing Competition for School Children

• Grand Prize: For each group the first two prizes is IRCTC Vaishno Devi Package for 4 persons of a family. Many other amazing rewards will also be rewarded along with it.
• Special rewards can be given if more than 1000 entries in one regional language or in a group of regional language are received

Kindly Note: The increase in number of prizes can be done in future at the sole discretion of IRCTC Management.

Reward of Essay Writing Competition for School Children

• The essay can be written either in English or Hindi or any other recognized Indian Regional Language.

Guidelines for writing the Essay

Number of Words should be according to the below given table

• Submission of Essay: The written essays should be sent to essaycompetition@irctc.com featuring name of students, class, name of the school, school ID card number (if any) and contact number.
• The entries will be received till 5:30 p.m.of  December 31, 2014

Selection  Process for IRCTC Essay Writing Competition for School Children

• The judgment will be based collectively and not in each language
