Since its inception, the Goa Education Trust scholarship was only open for the students of Goa to obtain higher educational degrees from the top UK Universities in various disciplines including Journalism, Education, Ancient History and Law.

In 2015, the decision was taken to open the scholarship for all the Indian nationals applying for a Master’s Programme in the UK. The Scholarship application process has started and the last date to fill in the application form is 10 May 2017.
