Dr Ambedkar National Essay Competition 2018 is conducted by Dr Ambedkar Foundation in association with Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India is conducting an essay writing competition for students of recognized schools and colleges/universities.
The aim of the Dr Ambedkar National Essay Competition 2018 is to notify students about the rising social issues and have then come to terms with Dr Ambedkar’s line of thought. Students are supposed to analyze a social issue and suggest ways establish a stronger social democracy and just society. This competition is held every year, and the medium of competition is Hindi and English. There are no entry fees for the Essay Writing Competition.

All participants need to fill the application form by downloading it. The essays can be written in either English or Hindi.

Guidelines for the Essay Writing
Participants should send two clean typed copies (one original & another photocopy) of the essay. One copy should include name, address, topic, language, e-mail, phone no. etc. with the signature of the participant, while the other copy need not show any such particulars.
Relevant information like name, e-mail address, postal address, institution, course and year of study, etc. of the student participant should be indicated in the covering letter and strictly not in the essay.
Along with their entries, participants should also send in their bonafide certificate from the institutions recognizing that they are students of that institution.
The candidates must mention on the top of the envelope “Dr Ambedkar Foundation National Essay Competition- 2018” and send the entries in person or with registered / Speed post to the following address:

Dr Ambedkar National Essay Competition Result has been announced officially. The results can be checked on the website of Ambedkar Foundation and alos by following the link given below.
In case the winners are invited to the ceremony then they would be paid actual fare by sleeper class train/bus from their place of study or the hometown (Both ways). The Foundation will make arrangements for their boarding/lodging in Delhi. A sum of Rs. 8,000 (Rs. 4,000 each) on an average for the winner students and escort will be earmarked for their travelling expenses, boarding, and lodging.
