Katha-CBSE Regional Writers Workshop in October

It’s a great News that Katha Clubs in all CBSE schools has received an overwhelming response. So for now the I Love Reading initiative has entered in its Second Stage in which a Regional Writing Workshop will be conducted for children across the World. On the whole 600 students have been shortlisted, who are required to attend the workshop scheduled to be conducted in Delhi dated October 18 and 19, 2015 and in Chennai it would be held on October 25 and 26, 2015. It is a one day event which will be conducted from 8 am to 6pm.

Since last 25 years or so KATHA has been working in the areas of creative writing and translation and has been a renowned publisher of children’s story books and translated Fiction. I Love Reading, this Katha-CBSE initiative is a programme that has been launched to enhance creative writing and translation among students. It is a platform where the meritorious and desirous students can share their creative writings and improve their skills guided by literary to groom them into potential writers and translators. It is a golden chance to be a part of the literary extravaganza where the hidden creative talent can be nurtured.
