Commonwealth Scholarship 2017- List candidates called for Interview has been declared by Department of Higher Education, MHRD. The selected candidates have issued a letter in which it is indicated that the candidates are required to apply online at Commonwealth Scholarship Commission's Electronic Application System (EAS) by the last date. At the time of the interview, all the candidates are required to bring a copy of their final EAS form.

List of the candidates shortlisted for Commonwealth Scholarship 2017 in the United Kingdom are as follows:
EAS Application for Common Wealth Scholarship 2017
As mentioned before, the selected candidates are required to submit an application on the Electronic Application System (EAS) of the official website of Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (https://c,sc.do-it-online.org.uk/csc/ElectronicApplicationS-vstem.htrn).
Candidates should ensure that the photograph must be pasted at the appropriate place on the application form.The copy of the filled in EAS application form will be required at the time of interview. Following is the list of documents need to be attached with the EAS application:
- Plan of study, which should state clearly the aims and intentions of the study.
- Attach the reference from three referees (considerable delay is possible when reference from only one or two referees have been submitted with an application)
- Self-attested copies of mark sheets, degree certificates, and age proof and university or college records in descending chronological order.
- Photocopy of N.O.C. from employer (if employed).
- Statement of conversion of Grades into an exact percentage, duly certified by the University/ Institute concerned along with conversion formula (in case degree obtained from a University/ Institute; where grades are awarded).
Common Wealth Scholarship 2017 Interview
The candidates are required to bring the following documents at the time of commonwealth scholarship interview:
- Original Certificates
- Degrees/Diplomas
- Proof of Age (Matriculation/Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Experience Certificate(s)
- Research or other paper that has been published in support of the education/research qualifications as mentioned in the application.
- If employed, the candidate is required to bring the'No Objection Certificate'to the effect that he/she will be relieved by his/her employer in the event of his/her selection.
The Ph.D applicants must bring the following documents to attend the interview:
- Synopsis of about 500-2000 words about your proposed research programme.
- Supporting statement from at least one of the potential Supervisors of the candidates' chosen institutions/universities of the United Kingdom.
- The candidates who have been awarded grades from their university/institute, are required to bring the conversion formula and the marks in the percentage form, duly certified by the concerned university/ institute.
