COMEDK UGET 2015 & KCET 2015 Result are postponed. COMEDK Result would be released on June 8, 2015 and KCET Results will be announced on June 1, 2015.
COMEDK is an Entrance examination, conducted for admission into Medical and Engineering colleges located in the state of Karnataka. The examination for the same was conducted on May 10, 2015 and the result of COMEDK UGET was supposed to be declared on May 30, 2015. But due to some uncertainties in the declaration of PUC results by Karnataka State Pre University Board now the result will be declared on June 8, 2015.
As per the update released by COMEDK on their official website, result of the entrance examination will be declared on June 8, 2015 after the announcement of scores obtained by candidates i.e. individual scores of the candidates will be updated first followed by the rank and result of the students.
The delay in the result of Pre-University examination is the cause for the delay in the COMEDK Result. As per Chief Executive Officer of COMEDK Mr .A.S. Srikanth, “The decision to delay the result has been taken to avoid any confusion arising because of the delay in result of the Pre University examination. As candidates who have secured good rank in COMEDK are not eligible for admission under COMEDK if they are unable to clear their Pre University examination.”
All other activities will continue as per the schedule announced earlier by COMEDK. Provisional answer keys of the exam were made available on the same day of the examination and the candidates were instructed to submit their doubts by May 13, 2015. After presenting a solution to the queries submitted by the students the final answer keys were published on the website May 25, 2015 on the official website.
Due to the same reason the result of Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) has also been postponed to June 01, 2015.
