CBSE Boards Exam is expected to begin from March 2018 and the date sheet for the same is expected to release by 10 January 2018. The students who were earnestly waiting for the release of CBSE Exam Date Sheet can have a sigh of relief as at least, they have an expected date for the release of Date Sheet. Earlier, the exam was likely to start from the February (CBSE to start exam from February 2018) but now the CBSE is going to conduct the exam post-Holi.
As per the latest news, the Board officials are currently working on the formalities of the exam and would release the date sheet by 10 January 2018. However, the exact date of releasing it is not revealed yet. The reason for delaying the release of the Date Sheet is due to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly Elections.

The students who are appearing this year are advised to focus on their ability and study with more effort to perform better in exam instead of getting nervous. CBSE is also planning to wind up the examination process within a month as because by doing so, the teachers will get more time to evaluate the answer sheets without any scrutiny. The practical exams for Class 10 and 12 are slated to commence from 16 January 2018.
Last Year, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had approximately 16 lakhs students from class 10 and 10 lakhs students from class 12 which defined the competition level of the board exams. As per the data of past few years, the number of candidates appearing in board exam this year is anticipatedly be increased.
