TS POLYCET Online Application Form 2018

TS POLYCET Online Application Form 2018 is available now online as well as offline to fill by 11 April 2018. The Online Application form is issued by the Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET, Telangana). The application form will also be available in offline mode. For offline mode, candidates can purchase the application form from the TS helpline centres approved by the TS authority. Candidates can fill the ONLINE application form for POLYCET-2018 facilitated by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, TS. Hyderabad.  For the offline form, Students can approach any of nearest helpline centres. Here we are giving the steps to fill the online application form.

STEP 1 - Candidates need to follow the above link and click on the File Application and later fill the basic details related to the exam to display the application form.

STEP 2 - Candidates also need to provide some other details like:

• 10th Class Hall ticket Number and year of pass and Date of Birth.  
• Fill the name of the applicants and father's name.
• Address details (House number, Village/street, Mandal /town/city, District, PIN code, Mobile number) for correspondence  
• Place where they would like to appear for the examination. Refer the table of examination/ helpline centres.
• Enter the area code to which candidates are local to Telangana
• Reservation category (BC/SC/ST)
• The special category, if any (CAP/SP/PH/NCC ).  
• Minority community details (other than Hindu) as entered in school records  
• Willingness to appear the examination in Urdu medium. For the candidates who want to give the examination in Urdu medium, they will only get the Hyderabad centre.
• Aadhaar UID Number. Sign the declaration with regard to the physical fitness to pursue the polytechnic courses.

STEP 3 - Now candidates need to upload the photograph. Candidates do not staple and do not sign on the photo and it should be duly signed by Parent/Guardian.

STEP 4 - Now the last step is to pay the application fee. Details about the application fee payment are given below.

TS POLYCET 2018 Application Fee

The application fee paid will be different for different category candidates. Candidates can pay the Application Fee via TS online/payment gateway/Net Banking/Helpline Centres.

TS POLYCET 2018 Application Form Submission

The application form should be submitted in online mode only. Before submitting the form, candidates should take out the print out of the filled in application form and keep it safe. However, the offline application form should be submitted to the computer operator at the nearest helpline centre.
