Himachal MBBS/BDS Merit List 2018 - Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) has released the merit list of HP MBBS 2018 on 25 June. Aspirants who have qualified NEET 2018 under 85% state quota and have filled the application forms are included in Himachal Pradesh MBBS 2018 merit list. The HP MBBS state rank list displays the name, father's name, NEET scores and AIR, state merit rank. Based on the merit position in HP MBBS merit list, aspirants will be called for counselling process. Himachal MBBS counselling 2018 will begin from 29 June to 5 July. Himachal MBBS 2018 merit list is the basis for admission to 480 MBBS and 191 BDS seats offered by 6 medical and 5 dental colleges located in the state.
Only aspirants who have secured the minimum qualifying percentile in NEET will be eligible for Himachal Pradesh MBBS admission. As per the qualifying criteria of NEET UG, general category candidates must secure 50 percentile, while that for SC/ST/OBC,it is 40.
