TISSNET Result 2018 for various MA programs is declared on 27 January 2018. The candidates can check their scorecard and the list of the shortlisted candidates for Pre-Interview Test (PIT) and PI. After PIT and PI, the TISSNET will declare the final selected candidate's list on 27 April 2018. TISSNET Result is declared on 27 January 2018. The candidates can check TISSNET Results 2018 from the given link. The TISSNET entrance exam was conducted on 6 January 2018. For checking the result first, the candidates have to follow the result link given here and then they have to log in there. After logging in the candidates will be able to see their TISS NET score card on the screen. Candidates should print the result page and keep that printed copy with themselves till the admission process gets over.

However, the final selection lists will be declared after Pre-Interview Test (PIT) & Personal Interview (PI). The final result will be declared on 27 April 2018. Candidates who get admission to the programme of their first preference will not be on wait-lists for any other programme mentioned in their list of preferences. If any Candidate receives an admission in a programme lower in their order of preferences then they will be retained in the wait-list of a preference higher in the order, till the seats in that programme are filled.

The selection process will be done in two stages at its different campuses, and it has three components of assessment. Here we are giving the schedule of the TISSNET PIT and PI Program.

The detailed information regarding the three components of the selection process are given below:

• TISSNET: The first step of the TISSNET that is the TISS National Entrance exam. The candidates first need to appear in the entrance test. Minimum qualifying marks for the written examination is 45% (35% for SC/ST).
• Pre-Interview Test (PIT): The second step is the Pre-Interview Test where only the shortlisted candidates who have appeared in TISSNET are called for an interview test.
• Personal Interview (PI): The candidates who qualify the PIT round are called for a Personal Interview or PI round for the final Selection.

TISSNET Result In case of Tie

• In the case of a tie between two candidates, their PI marks will be compared and the one with more marks in PI will be considered.
• In case there is a tie in PI marks then their PIT marks will be compared and the one with more marks in PIT will be considered.
• In the case of a tie in PIT marks too then the Entrance test marks will be compared and the one with more marks in entrance test will be considered.
• In case if there is a tie in Entrance marks too then the elder candidate will be given the seat.
