AMU Application Form 2018 is available for the academic session 2018-19 and the candidates seeking admission in Aligarh Muslim University would be required to fill the form through online mode only. AMU has also started the correction facility for the students who have filled the application form. The details are available on this page. AMU Application Form 2018 - Fill AMU Online form

The application process for the different courses offered by the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has started and the candidates can apply for the course of their choice by following the link given below. There is a common application form for each course. However, the last date to apply and the exam dates are different which depends on upon the course. AMU Application Form can be filled through online mode only. AMU Application Form Correction 2018 ^NEW 

AMU Application Form Correction has started from 22 March 2018. The candidates who have filled the admission form for AMU for various courses can correct their details in the application form if required. The corrections can be done by logging in through the User Id. The last date to make the correction is 25 March 2018 (until 11:59 PM). The following fields would be corrected -  

• Name of the Candidate
• Father's Name
• Mother's Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender 

Steps to Fill the AMU Application Form 2018

The applicants have to submit all the details as per their eligibility while filling the AMUEEE Application form. At times, the candidates make mistakes while filling up the application form. To avoid such process among candidates, the steps to fill the form is given below.

• STEP 1 (Registration): The candidates first need to register themselves on the official website of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) by filling the following details
  • Name of the candidates
  • Username 
  • Password
  • Email

• STEP 2 (Filling Up Form): After successful registration, the candidates need to login by entering their username and password
• STEP 3 (Profile details): In this section fo filling the AMU application form, the candidates need to fill the profile details such as name, date of birth, gender, address, etc.
• STEP 4 (Photo, thumb & Sign upload): The candidates after filling the profile details correctly need to upload the photograph and signature as in given format and size.

  • Photograph: The candidate has to upload his/her latest photo & signature, and the same will appear on PDF file of his/her Application Form. The size of images must not exceed 40 KB.

  • Signature: It must not overflow or touch the box provided after taking the print out of the PDF generated Application Form. The signature should not be written in capital letters.

  • Thumb Impression: The candidates also need to upload the thumb impression along with the photograph and signature.

• STEP 5 (choosing the preference of course): Candidate should clearly specify his/her order of preference of Course / Branch / Main Subject /Stream / Specialisation from among those listed under the course of study concerned. The order of preference indicated in the Application Form will not be changed, and the seats will be allotted as per the preferences are given by the students.
• STEP 6 (Submit & Payment): At last, the candidates need to submit the application after checking all the details filled by them are correct and have to pay the application fees according to the course. 

Documents to be sent along with the AMU Application Form 2018

• High School/ Secondary School Certificate: Self-attested copy (both sides) of High School / Secondary School Certificate (SSC Examination) in support of date of birth.
  • Self-attested copy of class 10 and 12 certificates in support of date of birth-
  • Self-attested copy (both sides) of Marksheets / Grade sheets of qualifying examination-
  • Self-attested copy (both sides) of Marksheets / Grade sheets of all other examinations passed /appeared (including parts therein) after passing High School till date-
  • Self-attested copy of documents in support of the claim of Internal Status and special categories (if any)
• Documents in support of Professional Experience (if any)
• No Objection Certificate from the employer (if employed at present)
• Self-attested copy (both sides) of qualifying GATE examination (only for applicants to M-Tech- courses)
• Any other relevant document

In case the result of the qualifying examination has not been declared at the time of applying, the candidate must submit self-attested photocopies of mark sheets/ grade sheets of the examination passed in the preceding year.

Payment of AMU 2018 Application Fees

The candidates have three options to make the payment of the application form. The three of the modes are mentioned below. The payment can be done only through online mode. The candidates can choose any of the modes to pay the application fee -

• Credit Card
• Net Banking

AMUEEE 2018 Application Form Submission 

After filling up the AMUEEE Application Form 2018, the candidates have to submit the form with regard to complete the application process. It is advisable for the candidates to review the application form and make the changes if required before finally submitting the application form. Once the form gets submitted, the candidates are suggested to keep a copy of the form with them for future reference.

AMU Application Form 2018 - Test Centres

Here is the list of cities where Admission Test for various courses of studies will be held. While filling the application form, candidates are required to indicate their preference of Admission Test Centres against the available Test Centre options for various courses. The University reserves the right to change/cancel any Test Centre without assigning any reason. The complete address of the centre will be available on the controller's website before the commencement of the exam.
