DAIICT Complete Details

DAIICT B.Tech Counselling 2018 is likely to start in July 2018 for All India candidates and ACPC Selected candidates. DAIICT B.Tech Counselling 2018 will be done online, the candidates are advised to regularly check their registered e-mail after the declaration of first merit list. DAIICT B.Tech Counselling schedule for 2018 has been given below. The list of candidates selected for the institute will be displayed on 6 July 2018.

The Counselling for the DAIICT Admission 2018 will be direct for 50% of the seats on the basis of the JEE Main 2018 Rank for the non-Gujarat candidates. Candidates belonging to the State of Gujarat will have to avail admissions under the aegis of the ACPC.

DAIICT B.Tech Admissions 2018 Counselling

For the Non-Gujarat candidates, counselling will be conducted on the basis of the DAIICT B.Tech 2018 Merit List drawn on the basis of JEE Main 2018 AIR Rank.
Shortlisted candidates in the Merit List of the DAIICT B.Tech Admission 2018 will have to attend the Counselling as specified. The physical presence of the candidate is mandatory, the DAIICT B.Tech 2018 Counselling to be held at the DAIICT campus.

Counselling Procedure for the All India Category

STEP 1: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Applications received.
STEP 2: Candidates shortlisted should log in to participate in the online counselling.
STEP 3: Candidate has to pay Rs. 96,000 at the time of counselling.
STEP 4: List of the selected candidates will be announced.
STEP 5: Report to DA-IICT Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and register for the Program
STEP 6: Be part of the Orientation Program.

DAIICT Annual Fee Structure
Fees at DAIICT are charged semester wise with the registration at the beginning of the semester.

Tuition Fee	Rs. 81,000 per Semester
Registration Fee	Rs. 2500
Caution Deposit	Rs. 15,000 (Refundable at the end of the Program)
Hostel Rent	Rs. 15,000 per Semester (Staying in the hostel is compulsory)
Food	As per actuals, as charged by the canteen/cafeteria. (These expenses will be approximately Rs.4,000 - 5,000 per month)

Note: Tuition Fee and Caution Fee i.e. Rs. 96,000 is required to be submitted at the time of DAIICT counselling.

Counselling Procedure for Gujarat Candidates

Applicants have to reach the counselling venue on the time allotted to them, refer to the table below.
Candidates along with their one family member are allowed to take part in the counselling procedure.
Candidates must sign the counselling register at the time of entry into the campus.
Applicants have to provide the original documents at the time of counselling at the venue failing which may lead to the termination of admission.
Also, they have to pay the tuition fees of Rs. 96,000 via cash or demand draft drawn in favour of "DA-IICT" payable at Ahmedabad at the time of counselling.

Fee Payment ( Gujarat Candidates)

At the time of registration, candidates have to pay an amount in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of DA-IICT payable at Ahmedabad:

Rs.77,500 minus the tuition fee deposited with ACPC as per the directions of ACPC plus Rs.13,000.
