MMMUT 2018 is for admission to MMM Gorakhpur. Candidates can apply either online or offline for MMMUT 2018 before the due date. The Offline Application form can be obtained in two ways

• By Hand: From University Counter: Candidates can avail the MMMUT OMR Application form 2018 directly from the university’s office on payment of Rs 1500 or Rs. 750 as the case may be.
• By Post: By sending an application form request: They can also avail the OMR application form via the post by sending a demand draft of Rs 1500 issued in favour of “Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur” and send it to:

MMMUT 2018 Online Application Form & Instructions

Candidates can fill the MMMUT Application form 2018 through online mode from any place of convenience. The applicants have to submit all the details as per their eligibility while filling the MMMUT application form Online.

Steps involved in the Application Procedure

• Step 1: New User Registration
• Step 2: Confirmation Mail for password
• Step 3: Filling Online Application form & Verify Payment
• Step 4: Submit and take a print out of the Confirmation Page of Application Form.
• Step 5: Affix a recent black and white passport photo and signature along with left-hand thumb impression on the requisite places
• Step 6: Get it signed by parent/guardian

The confirmation Page generation will be closed after two banking days from the last date of online application form submission.

MMMUT 2018 Offline OMR Application Form Instructions

• The candidate has to write in the rectangular boxes using Black Ball Pen and shade the circles using HB Pencil.
• The candidates can fill the application form for more than three courses provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria.
• The passport photo affixed by the candidates must be black and white and must show from the chest upwards.The Signature should be in Black Ink
• The candidates have to select three exam centres of their choice.
• Do not fold the OMR Application Form. Send it using the envelope provided by the university.
• NRI/SC/ST/State domicile candidates are required to produce the requisite documents at the time of admission.

Things to be kept Ready before filling MMMUT Application Form 2018

• Candidates should have a valid personal mobile phone number and a personal E-Mail id.
• Photograph: Candidates have to affix a  recent passport size colour photographs. Selfie photo is not allowed.

• Signature: Candidates have to put the signatures in running handwriting.

Cash Payment: If candidates get the MMMUT Application form 2018 directly from the university, they can make payment via cash.

Via Demand Draft: If they avail MMMUT Application Form 2018 by post, they are required to enclose a demand draft issued in favour of “Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur”.

• The candidate should keep 6 copies of the same photograph that was used in filling the application form for future use.
• No certificates/ attested copy has to be sent with the application form.
