OJEE 2018 Application Form - Registration Started!

OJEE 2018 Application Form can be filled only Online only. OJEE (Odisha JEE) is conducted by Government of Odisha for admission to the candidates in the first-year degree course in B.Pharm, BHMS and BAMS, MCA, MBA, Integrated MBA, MTech, M.Pharm, M.Plan, M.Arch and lateral entry courses in colleges across Odisha. Candidates can also apply for the given below courses using the different application form given on the link below. The Government of Odisha will release the admission notification as well as the official brochure for admission to various courses. Candidates must read the information brochure carefully before filling the OJEE Application Form. OJEE 2018 will be conducted in Pen and Paper mode only on 13 May 2018.

Applicants can apply for the given below courses via OJEE 2018 Application Form, There are 6 different Application Forms namely FORM A, B, C, D, E & F. For all the courses under Odisha, JEE candidates are required to fill the specific Application Form given below, however, the process of filling the Application Form is similar to all the courses.

• Form B: LE (Engg.and Pharma ), B.Sc.(LE) Courses

How to fill OJEE 2018 Application Form - Steps for Filling Application Form

OJEE 2018 has simple steps for filling and submission of the Application form, Although there is the different application form for the different courses but their application submission process is the same. Applicants can refer to the steps given below to fill and submit the OJEE Application Form 2018.

STEP 1: Applicants have to choose from the courses they are applying for, Choose wisely the respective FORM for the respective course. After selecting the course the applicants have to register using their personal details.

• Personal Details: Candidates are required to fill their name (as given in High School Certificate of Board/University), mother’s name and father’s name.
•  Year of Passing/Passed 
  • For BHMS /BAMS: If already passed, the candidates are required to enter the year of passing. Those who are appearing for their qualifying examination in 2018 should enter appearing 2018.
  • Lateral Entry: If already passed, the candidates are required to enter the year of passing. Those who are appearing for their qualifying examination in 2018 should enter appearing 2018.
• Board/University of Qualifying Examination: Candidates are required to fill in the details of board and university of the last qualifying exam from the Drop down Menu.
• Percentage of Marks in Qualifying Examination: The candidates have to fill in the actual percentage of aggregate marks. If not available, leave it blank.
• Domicile: Further the candidates have to fill in the domicile category to which they belong.
• Category/Sub Category: Here in the candidates can give multiple choices if they belong to more than one sub-reservation category
• Applying for the Course: The candidate is required to fill in the appropriate code from the drop down menu in the corresponding field against the course code /qualifying code given in the following table below this page.
• E-Mail/ Phone Number including STD/ISD Code/Mobile phone Number/Address for communication: All the details entered in this filled should be valid and correct as per the knowledge of the candidate.

STEP 2: Now after filling out the information correctly applicants have to upload scanned digital copies of the photograph, signature and Left Thumb Impression. The exact details of the Scanned copies to be uploaded is given below.

• Photograph of Candidate:
  • Coloured passport photograph with a light colour background, white is preferable. The photograph must be taken in a professional studio. Photo taken by mobile phone/tab is not accepted.
    
  • The photographs must be taken on or after 1 January 2018
  • Candidate’s name should be printed in the bottom portion of the photograph with black letter and light background
  • Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly
  • POLAROID and COMPUTER generated photos will not be accepted.
• Upload Signature: Put your signatures on white paper with black or blue ballpoint pen and scan it to upload.
• Left-Hand Thumb Impression: Put your thumb impression on paper and scan it to upload.

Lastly, the candidates after submitting the OJEE 2018 Application Form have to note down the registration number

STEP 3: Payment of Application Fees: Candidates can pay the application Fees via two modes either through Debit/Credit Card or E-Challan Mode.

• Debit/Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards/ net banking)
• e-Chalan mode: Depositing with State Bank of India through e-challan, which can be obtained after filling online application( State Bank collect)

STEP 4: Confirmation Page Printout: Once the candidate has successfully paid the application fees, they can take print out of Confirmation Page.

• On Computer Generated Confirmation Page candidates have to affix the Passport size photographs in the space provided. 

Submission of the OJEE 2018 Application Form

The application form is to be submitted in the online mode only, applicants are required to fill the application form and make the required payment of the same. There is no need to send any of the documents by post to any of the offices or elsewhere however it is recommended to retain the following documents with them as the reference for future correspondence: 

• Printouts of the computer generated Confirmation Page of the Application Form
• Proof of fee Payment
