BITS Pilani MBA 2018 admission process has started with the announcement of the complete admission schedule, aspiring candidates must apply on or before 15 February 2018. MBA admissions in BITS Pilani will be done on the basis of CAT/GMAT scores. • The candidates who have completed B.E./ B.Tech or a Master’s Degree and also secured good marks in CAT/GMAT examination are eligible to apply for BITS Pilani MBA 2018.

BITS Pilani MBA 2018 Dates

Academic Qualification: The candidate must have completed B.E./ B. Tech or a Master’s Degree in any discipline from any government recognized College, Institute or University.

• The candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks in their qualifying examination.
• The candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying degree or waiting for final year result can also apply for admission to the MBA program at BITS Pilani, but such type of candidates will have to submit their final year result until 1 October 2018.

Qualifying Examination: The candidates who have appeared in CAT examination which was held on 26 November 2017 and have secured good marks are eligible to apply for BITS Pilani MBA admission. Foreign candidates who are appeared in recent GMAT examination are eligible to apply.

The eligible candidates can apply for admission to MBA program offered by the BITS Pilani only through online. The last date for submission of the completed application form online is 15 February 2018 by 5:00 pm.

BITS Pilani MBA application form fee is same for each category. Applying candidates have to pay Rs 2750 for the application fee.

The candidates can fill the application form on the official website of BITS Pilani at projects.bitsadmission.com. Before filling the application form online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the instruction page given on the official website because once the candidates confirm the correctness of date entered by them, it will be recorded and the candidates will not be able to make a change later. To complete the application process, the candidates have to follow the steps given below:

STEP 1: Fill the Application Form: The candidates have to fill the application form online. First, the candidates have to enter their personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, email id etc. and have to proceed for next page. Now the candidates have to enter their educational details like marks in graduation, work experience (If have) and CAT/GMAT score details.

STEP 2: Upload the Photograph & Signature: Now the candidates have to upload their recent passport size color photograph by fulfilling the criteria related to picture format given there. The candidates have also to upload their signature there. Any other document has not to be uploaded online. 

STEP 3: Make Payment: Now the candidates have to make payment of the application fee. The candidates can pay through the

• Credit Card
• Net Banking
• Cash Payment at all ICICI Bank branches through a challan: To make payment through ICICI Bank branches through a challan, during filling the application form, the candidates have to choose the first payment option, namely “Payment by cash" at "ICICI bank branches through Challan”. Now an online fee payment challan will be generated automatically and the candidates have to use it to pay the application form at any of the ICICI bank branches. The bank staff will sign and stamp at all the 3 parts of the challan. The candidates have to send the proof of the payment along with the printed application form.

After payment of the application fee, the system will automatically generate a unique application number for the candidate so they can use it for future communication. Now the candidates will be asked to take print out of the application form.

The candidates are advised to take two printed copy of the completed application form. After submission of the application form, the candidates can check the application status using the unique application number.

BITS Pilani MBA 2018 Application Submission

The candidates can apply for admission to MBA program offered by the BITS Pilani only through online mode. The candidate has to fill the online application form on the official website of BITS Pilani and submit the same via post. The candidate has to take a printout of their filled application form and have to send it along with the proof of the application fee payment detail on the address given below:

One candidate can submit only 1 application form to apply for admission in MBA at BITS Pilani. However, if any candidate finds any mistake in the submitted application form, he/she can submit another application form. In such condition, the candidate has to indicate on the top of the application form that his/her first application form should be canceled.

The candidates who are applying for BITS Pilani MBA have to fill the application form by paying Rs 2750. If the candidate is selected for BITS Pilani MBA Course then they have to pay the following fee for pursuing the MBA Course. The course fee of the MBA program at BITS Pilani is as follows:

First, the candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview and group discussion on the basis of their CAT/GMAT score, academic performances, work experience (If have). The candidates shortlisted for interview will have to appear in the PI & GD which will be held at BITS Pilani.
