XIME Bangalore, Kochi & Chennai PGDM Admissions 2018 has begun on the date 4 October 2017. XIME - Xavier's Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship has 3 business schools for PGDM course located at Bangalore, Kochi and Chennai. XIME was formed in the year of 1991 and admissions to PGDM will be conducted for the 23rd batch of XIME Banglore and 5th Batch of XIME Kochi. XIME Bangalore, Kochi & Chennai PGDM Admissions 2018 will be based on the scores of entrance test such as XAT/CAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT.

XIME Chennai campus is new campus which was inaugurated on 29 July 2016. PGDM course is offered at all 3 campuses of XIME. The application process, selection process and important dates will remain same for all the 3 campuses.

Academic Qualification

Candidates must have a valid Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years from a recognised university in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates) is required for PGDM program.

• Final Year Candidates: Candidates who are in final year examination can also apply for this program. Those candidates must complete all their degree examination before 9 June 2018, with a minimum required eligibility criteria, latest by 10 September 2018.

Qualifying Exam

• Candidates have required the valid certification with 75 percentile and above of Entrance Tests which mentioned below:
  • XAT - January 2018
  • CAT - December 2017
  • GMAT- 2016 & 2017 (score of 600 and above)
  • CMAT- January 2018
  • MAT - May 2017, September 2017, December 2017 & February 2018

XIME Bangalore, Kochi & Chennai PGDM Application form is to be filled and submitted in online form only. Candidates have to register via "Online" procedure of the application mode of which the applications will be shortlisted for the further selection process. While applying for PGDM course, there is no need to send the hard copy of the application form or any other documents. Applicants have to apply for the admission to both the campus via common application form via the link given below.

• Candidate can pay the application fee online by credit card/ debit card/net banking only.

Steps to fill XIME Bangalore, Kochi & Chennai PGDM Application Form

STEP 1: New candidates requested for registration by creating username and password. If they already registered, log in by using your registered username/email id and password.

STEP 2: Candidate has to fill his/her personal details such as Name, Contact Number, DOB, Address, etc. as well as family details.

STEP 3: Candidate has to fill his/her educational detail of 10th, 12th, Graduation/Post Graduation or any other course as well as details of entrance test such as XAT/CAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT.

STEP 4: Fill the professional work experience details (if any) as well as achievement details.

STEP 5: Upload the photograph and signature according to the present format:

• Passport size photograph & signature (not more than 1MB)
• Allowed photo types: png gif jpg jpeg.
• Images must be between 400x400 and 2048x2048 pixels.

• Candidates are suggested to fill the application form carefully before proceeding for payment because details cannot be edited once application form is submitted.
• Before filling the application form, the candidate must keep the soft copy of his/ her passport size photograph. (as per specifications)

Application Submission

Applicants do not have to submit any hard copy of the application form instead they have to keep a copy of the filled in and submitted the application form for their future references. After the successful payment of the application, form applicants have to take the printout of the confirmation page.

• First Year: Rs. 5,00,000 Payable in four instalments of Rs. 1,25,000 each
• Second Year: Rs. 5,00,000 Payable in four instalments of Rs. 1,25,000each

XIME Kochi and Chennai

• First Year: Rs. 3,75,000 Payable in four instalments of Rs. 93,750 each
• Second Year: Rs. 3,75,000 Payable in four instalments of Rs. 93,750 each

Other Charges

• Hostel Fee: The Hostel Fees payable by each student will be approximately Rs. 7,750 per month which includes lodging, boarding, electricity, and water charges.
• Caution Fee: A one-time caution Deposit of Rs. 25,000 is payable at the time of admission.

Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their performances only under the given below parameters of shortlisting. Selected candidates for next round i.e. after the shortlisting of the applications will be informed via email only for the dates of Group Discussion/ Personal Interview at the 7 Centres. Applications of the applicants will be shortlisted on the following basis and the final admission list will be prepared.
