About MDI Gurgaon PGPM-PT

The part-time MBA course offered in MDI Gurgaon is a three year (nine terms) programme. Each year is split into four terms of 3 months each. The program gives flexibility to the candidates and some of its features are:

• The candidates have the option to drop a term and complete the program in a maximum of five years.
• MDI Gurgaon also gives provision for completing the course on the fast track, however, this is subject to prior intimation and approval.
• The Option of Dual specialisation is also available. 
• In the first year, classes for PGPM PT will be conducted three times a week. However, from the second year, the classes will be held as per candidate's selection of electives.

Academic Qualification

• The candidate must have a minimum 2 years Bachelor’s or the equivalent degree recognised by AIU/AICTE.
• The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Class 10, 12 and Graduation OR equivalent CGPA. 

Work Experience

• The candidate must also have a minimum 2 years of post qualification executive work experience as on 31 March 2018 (for April Batch) & 30 September 2018 (for October Batch).
  • The candidates applying for PGPM PT must note that stipendiary/training period will not be counted as work experience. 
• The entrepreneurs of small or large enterprises are also eligible to apply. 

Managers/ Executive of Private and Public sector companies located in NCR are the potential candidates for PGPMT PT in MDI Gurgaon. 

MDI PGPM-PT Application process has started from 4 December 2017 (for April 2018 Batch). The application process is completely online. Hence, the candidates can only apply through online mode. The last date to fill the application form is 15 February 2018.

Instructions to fill the MDI PGPM PT Application Form 2018

Registration: The candidates need to sign up with a new account to fill MDI Part Time MBA Registration form. The candidate needs to enter their Username, Password, Confirm password and email id and click on “create user” button to create a new account.

Filling up the Form: After creating a new account the Registration page will open, the candidate has to fill the application form by giving the following details:

• Personal:  In this page, the candidates need to enter their personal details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, address, email id etc. and click on save and next button to proceed to the next page.
• Academic: In this page, the candidate needs to enter their academic details such as subjects of class 10, 12, graduation and the total percentage obtained by them.
• Programme: In this page, the candidate needs to select the PGPM-PT April or October 2018 and click on next button.
• Work Experience: The candidates must enter all the necessary work experience details such as organisation name, designation, nature of duties and total time of their work experience and their Annual Income. The candidate can enter maximum up to 10 work experience.
• Awards: In this page, the candidate can mention their academic/professional awards/medals/prizes, scholarship/certificates/honours etc. The candidate can mention maximum up to 3 awards. 
• Extra-Curricular: Extra-curricular includes the hobbies or any extra-curricular activities of the candidates. The candidates can mention up to three best activities in the Online Registration Form
• Payment: The candidates need to pay the registration fees through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking.The details for payment are given on this page below.
• Status:  Status is the brief details of the complete registration form filled by the candidates. The candidate has to take a printout of this page and paste photograph and sign the page and bring it on the day of the written test.

Payment of MDI Gurgaon PGPM-PT Application 2018 Fee

The candidates need to pay the MDI Application Fee using Online Payment Gateway that is Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking. It is to be noted that no changes can be made in the Application form once the payment is made. So, the candidates need to check all the details very carefully before making the payment.

Submission of the Application Form

The duly filled in MDI Part-Time MBA Application form needs to be submitted Online and the candidates need not submit any hard copy of the completely filled in Application form to MDI. Candidates are advised to check the details of the application form before the final submission because once the application has been processed then the candidates will not be able to do any changes. 

However, candidates have to take a printout of the duly filled in Application Form and bring the hard copy on the day of the Written Test.

The candidates need to pay an MDI Application Fee of Rs. 2596 (Incl. of 18% GST)

The students who want to take admission for PGPM-PT at MDI need to go through the following stages:

Written Test:  All the candidates need to go through an entrance or written test at the MDI Gurgaon campus.

Personal Interview: The Successful candidates who will clear the written test will be called for Personal Interview on 24 February 2018 (April Batch) & 2 September 2018 (October Batch). The selected candidates will be made aware of their final selection individually and also in the official website.

MDI Gurgaon written test will be of the same pattern as the Common Admission Test (CAT).
