Instructions to fill the Application form

• STEP 1: The B.Sc. Nursing Application Form has to be filled by the candidate himself/herself. Candidates have to enter the Academic, Educational and communicational details in the prescribed columns.
• STEP 2: Candidates have to fill the Application Form using Black/ Blue Ball Pen. Also, there must not be any cutting or editing in the application form
• STEP 3: Use Capital Letters for filling the form, Once filled candidates have to paste their photograph on the top right side of the application form and the signature must be in one go.
• STEP 4: After successfully filling the details in the applicants have to attach the listed below documents (Photocopies only).

• Demand Draft of Rs. 300 drawn in favour of Directo, MAMC Agroha, payable at Agroha
• Four copies of recent passport size photographs
• Class 10 and Class 12 Mark Sheets
• Conduct/Character certificate issued by the Institution last attended
• Migration certificate
• List of visitors with their photographs and specimen signatures
• An undertaking from parent/ guardian promising to meet all financial obligations of the student during the course period.

Submission of Application form

Candidates are required to pay an Application Fee in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, MAMC Agroha, payable at AGROHA. Candidates must note that the application fee paid once is non-refundable. The candidates have to pay the application fee as under:

Quarterly Charges

Merit List: Merit list will be prepared on the basis of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English score secured by the candidate in Class 12 examination.  After the declaration of the final merit list, the candidates will be called for the counselling.

Once the required seats are filled all candidates, who have already submitted forms, based on merit list may be asked to attend subsequent counselling as per the availability of the seat.

Date of Counselling will be intimated later at the official website and on this page below. Counselling for the BSc Nursing at Maharaja Agrasen Medical College will take place in "Counselling Hall/ Library, Administrative Block, MAMC, Agroha". Selected candidates in the counselling rounds will have submitted their fees within two days after the announcement of the final list.
